Of course, I am referring to the Federal Reserve's monetary policy and its outlook on inflation. More specifically, Jerome Powell and his testimony to Congress. At PWM, we believe they are underestimating the non-transitory effects of their policy and have begun positioning portfolios for hotter-than-expected inflation and sooner-than-expected rate increases.
