Let go of the notion that therapy is only for those times when you are not well or in crisis. The fact is that talking to a therapist can dramatically increase the chance that things will continue to go well since you have a constant sounding board and “learning coach” on how to react to life’s events in a healthy way and how to interact with others in that same healthy way. So, you want a happier self and household, get a therapist. One final note, find a therapist that you feel comfortable with. It’s not “one size fits all.”
