While there were some promising recovery headlines last week like the jobs numbers and vaccine rollouts, it was also the end of the calendar quarter. That means most headlines took a look back to the first three months of 2021. We'll make it a quick one this week and do the same:

With such an emphasis on airborne germs this past year, people have been purchasing HEPA air purifiers and/or air ionizers. Do you need both? What’s the difference? Do they really help?

HEPA captures and removes pollutants while ionizers drop pollutants from the air. Ionizers cover more area and are more cost-effective because you can wash and reuse the removable plates. HEPA requires new filters every 6 months—which makes maintenance easier. The purchase price of ionizers is less than HEPAs. Overall, HEPA does work more efficiently in removing pollutants.
